We accept short and long term projects, and our overhead costs are low since we do not own laboratories, but lease them specifically for your needs.  We are
project oriented and customize services for your specific needs.  We perform a project with less cost and time than a corporation with in-house facilities.   After we complete your project, you can say "good-bye" to us with no continuing overhead or other cost to you.  That is a cost-effective way of getting a job done

WORKING WITH YOU

P&CC works with government, industry and universities with equal enjoyment.  We provide a range of services which are listed below.  Perhaps you need a new paint or coatings product developed within a month.   P&CC can staff a project for developing the product and give you the results when you need them.  If you want to know the compostion of a present product, send it to us and you will have the results within a week. If you need the melting temperature of an unknown polymer, we can generate a differential scanning calorimetry thermogram which will provide a melting peak and the melting temperature (Tm).   You can FEDEX the sample to us, and get the results the next day.
